Seamless Protection Against Sun and Weather Provides superior sun-blocking protection and maximum resistance to salt, abrasion, and scratches. The varnish's excellent adhesion and flexibility allow wood to expand and contract naturally without cracking or peeling.

Easy Application and Cleanup Spar urethane is straightforward to apply, whether by brushing, rolling, or spraying. While it initially appears milky-white, it cures to a clear or clear amber color, depending on the formula. For a satin finish, apply gloss for build coats and satin for the finish coat. Cleanup is simple with soap and water.

Quickly Finish Jobs Dries fast, enabling you to apply up to 5 coats in a day without sanding between coats. For interior applications, apply at least 2-4 heavy coats, while exterior applications require 4-6 coats to ensure durability.

Customize Your Finish and Color Available in gloss finishes in Clear or Amber, with satin finish options in Clear only. Kit sizes include Pint, Quart, and 4 Quart. Coverage rates are 40-50 square feet per pint, and 80-100 square feet per quart. Note that Halcyon Satin is not available in the 4 Quart kit.
